Nicole Dickerson, the wife of Jim Dickerson, has sadly passed away on Sunday afternoon as a result of a car accident that occurred on Thursday night. Jim Dickerson had previously served as a coach at Neuqua Valley, beginning in the fall of 1997 and ending in the spring of 2007. Nicole Dickerson was an enthusiastic teacher who loved her job and cherished her role as a mother of two. She lived in Naperville, IL, and had a Bachelor’s degree from North Central College in 2006, followed by a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Aurora University in 2011. In 2007, Nicole became part of the Welch Elementary School faculty, where she took on several responsibilities, such as managing the after-school program and participating in various committees.

It is believed that Nicole was in a serious motor vehicle accident on Thursday evening, and sadly passed away yesterday afternoon due to her injuries. Her passing has deeply impacted her students, fellow teachers, and the wider community. Obituary and Funeral Arrangements
There will be an event on April 15 at Good Shepherd Church in Naperville, Il. The event will start at 12 PM and end at 1:30 PM, followed by a memorial service in the church sanctuary at 1:30 PM. After that, there will be an informal celebration at Fox Bend Golf Course in Oswego, IL around 3 PM. Food and refreshments will be provided, and there is no need to donate flowers. Information about a charity will be shared soon. We want to express our sympathy and support for the Dickerson family during this challenging time.
