Van Buren Street at around 6:40 p.m. The reason was a report of a man who had been shot. Sadly, the man didn’t survive his injuries, and the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office verified his passing at the scene. Authorities have reassured everyone that the local community is not at risk.
William Rupp Died:
The incident took place at the specific location of 900 Eisenhower Road and centered around a teenage boy who was a visitor at that address. This young individual, who has been recognized as a student mentioned in Stoughton High School’s 2023 Yearbook, was associated with the most recent school term. The victim’s identity has been confirmed as William Anthony Rupp from Stoughton, Wisconsin.
