Who Was Scott Carpenter?

Scott Carpenter, known as a Bigfoot researcher and the author of “Truth Denied: The Sasquatch DNA Study,” has also made appearances on television shows like “Finding Bigfoot” and “Survivorman.”  He was born on August 28, 1963. He earned a BS in Computer Science and served as the Systems Administrator for a software development firm in Knoxville, Tennessee. His home was in Maryville, Tennessee, nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. He authored four books and maintained three active blogs on the subject, including titles like “The Bigfoot Field Journal Volumes I and II,” “The Dogman, Monsters Are Real,” and his latest release, “The Nephilim Among Us.” Furthermore, he was a vital contributor to the groundbreaking Sasquatch Genome Study and held membership in the North American Bigfoot Search Group.

This morning Scott Carpenter’s son Travis called me to say that his father passed away suddenly from a brain aneurysm last night. Scott and I had been becoming good friends since he appeared on my show. He lived 10 minutes from the office and we had been planning on recording more and going out to his areas where he’s had his incredible experience. He will be miss by all of us immensely. Please pray for his family to have peace in knowing that Scott is truly living his best life now with Jesus Christ, his Lord and savior.
