Yesterday, a man named Mr. Deveraux was last seen at around 11 in the morning. He was getting onto his small boat, called a dinghy, in the Spring Bay region. The dinghy was used to reach the shore from his bigger boat, which was anchored in the water. The police found Mr. Deveraux’s car parked at the place where boats can be launched into the water. Deveraux is described as being quite tall, about 6 feet and 1 inch, with a thin body, and his hair is brown and grey. He also has a short beard that is a mix of ginger and gray. The dinghy he was using is a 10-foot-long catamaran made of yellow fiberglass, and it has a small motor on it.
