Kourtny DeForitis, a 28-year-old resident of Taunton, was tragically involved in a motorcycle accident that occurred at the Route 103 rotary around 1:15 a.m., as reported by the police. After the accident, she was rushed to a nearby hospital but, unfortunately, was later pronounced deceased. The motorcycle’s operator, Daniel Glover, a 44-year-old from Easton, did not survive the crash and was declared dead at the accident scene, according to officials. Preliminary findings from the authorities’ investigation suggest that the motorcycle may have entered the rotary in the wrong direction, leading to a collision with another vehicle. The details surrounding this unfortunate incident continue to be under investigation by the authorities.
