Yesterday was a very long and sad day, One of the best things of being a paramedic is having a good partner and friend, Charles Echols was a great man, great partner and friend. I am truly blessed to have known him and spent many hours back and forth to Pittsburgh just talking about life and having great conversation. The world was a better place because of him.. I figured out a long time ago, the main reason I get very sad during a loss of a friend or someone I care about is not just because they will be missed, But because I think my friends are the best people on earth, and the world needs good people now more than ever, and the loss makes the world lonelier and is without one more great person that makes this world and life special. Rest in Power Charles.
