The initial inquiry revealed that his body was discovered when a trash truck was collecting the contents of the dumpster. Footage obtained from Sheriff Mike Griffis showed a person jumping from the dumpster just before it was about to be emptied onto the truck. On Friday, the man was identified as Brandon Altman, who was 46 years old.
According to the investigation, there was no evidence of foul play, and the next of kin have been informed about his death. However, a store employee in the area reported that Brandon was a nomad despite having a place to stay in the vicinity.
