In India more than 5,000 years , people have been practicing Yoga. Long hours spent in lecture class or clinics may increase the stress levels in students, The students are provided with proper training with an eminent Yoga instructor in the college premises so inorder to alleviate the stress, to improve physical fitness and to reduce the conflict.
Being involved in sports activities benefits a person in many ways. It does not provide only physical strength however it increases mental power too. In the institution great importance is provided for the recreational activities of the children.
Students can participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor games, such as Table Tennis, Carrom, Football, Cricket and Badminton. There are designated play areas and courts for these games, and games equipment is usually provided by the college. The college organizes "Sports Week" and "Cultural Week" annually, in which all students and faculty are encouraged to participate whole-heartedly.
The college also has a well maintained Gymnasia. Students and faculties are free to use the facilities to increase their physical fitness.
